I need something stupid to do for my 21st birthday. Something that doesn't involve me getting shitfaced and puking on my floor or some hot guys shoes.

I have friends in the air force. Don't combine getting shitfaced, and a piercing. You'll never live that one down. ;-)
Waking up to discover a bolt of steel where there didn't used to be steel is a bit sobering, apparently. :-P
Why don't you try scuba diving or sky diving? They are both fun and sky diving can be the most fun you can have with your clothes on.
